AGOLDE offers returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
